ILR for Tier2 General

Hi

I had come on Tier2 General Visa and stayed for 2 years
Before expiry I had applied for extension but has been refused due to incorrect code used in CoS
Admin review has been applied with in 14 days of refusal which has been upheld the refusal decision
After which within 14 days time I had applied for fresh extension and that has been approved

Now I want to know if I'm eligible for ILR, I have been informed that the days of my stay during refusal are legal as I was waiting for my application decision

Can any one please advise

IMO, you should be fine, if you have applied within 14 days.
