VISA FOR SPOUSE FROM PAKISTAN

I applied for my husbands visa on 30.08.17
Sheffield received this 31.08.17
I have been checking this since then with
IHS REF
GWF REF
PAYMENT REF
PASSPORT NO
ROYAL MAIL REF

but all I get is "The reference number ***** has not been recognised. "
Can someone help me as I cannot ring them

this service is only for the use of applications made inside the UK and any British Nationality applications submitted within the UK and overseas
