Job creation-Help Pls

Please, I need help if I meet the job creation requirement as shown below:
Ist Job -Adm Assistant-01/07/2015-30/09/2016
2nd Job-Payroll officer-01/06/2016-till date
Meanwhile, my route is after April 2014

Yes, they are. I thought two (2) jobs have to be created at the same time and that they have to work concurrently for the period of 12 months. Thank you

The Ist Job -Adm Assistant worked for 15 months from 01/07/2015-30/09/2016 and the payroll is processed monthly with 130 hours and the 2nd job is the same starting 01/06/2016-till date.

Meanwhile, my route is after April 2014. I want to know if the 2 jobs meet the 30 hours requirement.

Hello I want to ask two question?

1. Are they two differ people?
2. You said you keep them as of differ titles Adm Assistant & Pay Roll Officer. How you will justify to the caseworker that you keep the second person on a title of Pay Roll Officer and not replaced the first person job of Adm Assistant. As casework can take it in a sense that you just played with the system you did not create two jobs you just changes the name of the title and create one job only.
So its always better to keep two people for 12 months period to avoid confusion to the Case Worker.

As I said I am only a member but heard a couple of refusals on the same reason where case worker refuse on a genuinty reason and refused that he is not satisfied that you created to differ jobs.

Yes, they both seem correct and valid. The requirement is 30 hrs/week. But 130 hours per month will be 30 hrs/week, so there should be no issues.

There is no issue of needing to convince the CW.

These are two different people OP has hired so there is no issue of playing with the system.

If someone hired the same person for 24 months and changed their job title half way through, then yes, it can be considered playing the system. But definitely not when it is two different people and each have been working for much more than 12 months.
