Tier 1 - Income in two country

Hi,

Did someone come across the case if earnings are from 2 country.

1. Will it still be pro-rated

Please help

The answer depends on the situation.. were you on secondment during the time that you were earning from another country?

No not on secondment....

Suppose,
For Jan 07 - May 07, i was in Country A and earned some amount.
Then from June07- Dec 07 I got transferred to country B and was earning.

According to HSMP rules, my income in country B will be considered for 12 months on a pro-rata basis ( as max time spent is in country B)..

These rules are given in HSMP Guidance & Caseworkers manual..

For Tier 1 i didnot found any mention of this scenario... So wanted to confirm
