PBS Dependant extension with main applicant on ILR

Dear Sir,

I am in the same situation as Sneha.
Wife got ILR through Tier2 5year route and I am on Tier2 dependent since Nov2013.
I need one more year to be eligible for ILR.

So which form should I fill, please? Also, i have found in the point 3 in your reply that form is for Tier 1 or 5. So can i still use that form or else any other form?

Please guide.

1. Yes, but only if your husband got his ILR based on Tier 2 and 5 years residence.

2. 28 days before it expires.

3. PBS Dependent form see here (click), you will also have to pay the immigration health surcharge (between £400 and £600 depending on how long you need an extension for), this is in addition to the visa extension application fee.

4. See the form link in #2 and the PBS Dependent Policy/Guidance (click). The fees are listed in the form (link in #2)

5. Yes, as long as your visa is valid when you return. There is no requirement to have a visa valid for a certain period.

6. Yes, as if you apply by post, you have to send your passport. You can also apply in person for a same day decision but this costs a bit more.

Tier 2 Dependent is an online form, see link below. You will have to apply for and get a 3 year extension. You will also have to pay the £600 immigration health surcharge plus the visa fee.

I almost filled the online form. But when I am paying for the IHS its asking,

Missing Details:
The person you’re joining or remaining with in the UK
Add their visa expiry date?
Add their visa route?
Add their visa type?

Also, during the application in the following section,

The person you are joining or accompanying:

Which visa or permission to stay has Mrs XX applied for or been granted? Tier 2 (General) leave to remain ( IS THIS RIGHT)

As the main applicant is on ILR, how can i answer those questions?

You must apply alone and not enter spouse ILR details. Follow the guidance this user in the link below did, it seems to work.

As per your guidelines, I am creating a new IHS profile and applying alone.
Two main, missing items are

VISA ROUTE?
VISA TYPE?
I have attached the pic on the following link.

What should i chose for the above sections.

Finally, I have filled as follows. Please let me it is right or not.

Visa route: PBS Dependant (Tiers 1, 2 and 5) Change
Visa type: Tier 2 (General) Shortage Occupation; over 3 years Change

Tier 2 General up to 3 years, the same category as your spouse last had.
