Tier2 to ILR

Hi,

Planning to Apply for ILR Soon.

i have Few Concerns before applying.

1) I am getting paid of £36000 for 32 Hrs per week, My new cos is issued on the same salary and application is
successful for tier 2 extension.
My SOC code is 2133 for experienced candidate it is £41000 according to Codes of Practice.
will my application be successful for ILR.

2) Regarding Holidays, My Total stay outside UK is less then 70 Days
On my First year, Went to my home country for 40 Days Holidays outside UK ( The reason for staying is because of my brothers marriage been cancelled for couple of times). THE NEXT YEAR, I HAVEN'T TAKEN ANY HOLIDAYS FROM THE COMPANY APART FROM PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. AS I HAVE USED IN THE PREVIOUS YEAR.
will this reason affect the decision of my ILR.
