I have received call today for an interview in my shop on Thursday (I have proper retail shop) I have 3 employees at the moment ( 2 full time and 1 part time) but non of them work on Thursday. Shall I ask them to work?
I have applied on: 3/08/2017
Complex letter : 26/4/2017
Interviewed on initial application
My status is waiting for decision from 11/04/2017.

Best of luck for the interview, you'll find all the information you need in this forum. Also I believe you have applied on 08th March, 2017 and I don't think so you employees have to be there at the time of interview but if you ask one of them to work that will look more genuine as you have retail shop. Did they call you on mobile phone or business landline. Was it a blocked number or with caller ID

It seems FEB application lot is sorted out so they moved on to March now. As most of previous interviews was of those who applied in Feb

It was very similar to others with very general questions.
I can highlighted the question about health and safety,
As I have retail shop she ask me about health and safety like have fire alarm, fire distinguisher and first aid kit.
Other concern is about employees rights like holiday entitlement and sick pay payslips
