ILR Absences - Apparent Current Position

Post by rajeshbhanu » Sun Mar 02, 2008 12:25 pm

Dear All,

I include below a weblink to the McGraf Solicitors's website - a well known firm in the area of immigration law - describing (what seems to be) the current policy on allowable absences prior to obtaining Indefinite Leave to Remain and advises on how to fill out the requisite part of the ILR application form.

Best wishes,
Rajesh
