Hello all,
I am aware of all the delays at home office.
On escalation of case, me and my husband were told decision would be made before 31st October. However , today my husband got an email saying I need to submit the documents again within 10 working days as they had sent back the documents without making decision!!?? The documents were sent 2 months ago and application was made in June . Has anything similar happened to anyone? I am resubmitting the documents tomorrow. I am really angry with the people at UKVI and have actaully sent a written complain and even emailed my local MP.
