Spouse Visa Appeal Process ?

Hi All,
Does Any one know what the process of sending the evidences when filing an appeal?

Does Evidences need to be sent to the Home Office after receiving the Apeal Reference No confirmation?
or
Evidences can be submitted to Home office at the same time we send the application form and evidences to Tribunal?
