Does this mean that from 1st April 2005, all the students from any of these colleges will be able to work in the UK automatically for next 12 months without going through the hassles of applying for HSMP/Work Permit?

Is it essential that students have to finish it only in or after April 2005? Do students who have finished their degrees from any of these institutes before April 2005, come under this scheme??

Plz advice.
