ILR

Post by jaanxox » Mon Oct 30, 2017 3:28 pm

I was married once before. Long ago. And this partner came from abroad with ILR. Indefinate leave to remain visa. He came to Uk in 2012.
He has done his life in the uk. Before the ILR was expiring 2012 And passed all the test( "English speaking. Writing. Test course")

Now he has the 10 years biometric visa. I
I meant the Settlement ILR visa
Does that means he has got the perminant one already?

Can someone tell me what happens after his 10 years visa.
Does he already apply the british passport.

Would the home office needs anything from me. As now i am divorced to him.

Why are you asking for other people? Ask your ex partner to register and ask their own questions please.

He renews the CARD if not apply to naturalise as British Citizen.
Does he already apply the british passport.
He has to apply for British citizenship first before he can get a British passport. He needs B1 English and LIUK.
