Post by shahid78 » Tue Oct 31, 2017 2:26 am

My wife and son arrived in uk on 27 June 2014 as my independent (Tier1 General), in August 2015 I got ILR as long residency route 10 years, my wife and son applied for my dependent in 24 Sep 2015 although they almost four years visa left, they got the visa till 21 april 2018 which makes 2 years 6 months and 28 days , they were suppose to have visa for 30 months only why were they given 28 days extra?

Regards

Caseworkers have discretion to add up to 28 extra days.
