NARIC Letter for ILR

Post by josekumar » Thu Nov 02, 2017 11:29 pm

Hi

I am planning to apply for my wife Settlement Visa who is currently residing as PBS dependant. To prove the English language it is asking to get a letter from NARIC for her degree from India.

While registering new account in NARIC, its asking to choose

IMMIGRATION TIER - I selected as Family, Settlement, Nationality

IMMIGRATION ROUTE - Should I select Family or Settlement?

Please advice.

Thanks

Also

https://www.gov.uk/english-language/degrees-in-english

an original letter or certificate from UK NARIC confirming the equivalent level of your degree, plus an official letter from your university with your name and degree confirming that your degree was taught in English

DO we need letter from university or Degree Certificate is enough?

1. Select Settlement
2.Yes for applying UK Naric Certificate you need University Letter which mention Name, Degree & mention medium of instruction is English. Apply online on UK Naric and send scan copies of degree, transcript & university Letter

Also ensure that you get UK NARIC certificate via red route.

Sorry for interrupting this post but what is 'red route' please and is it only application for spouse ILR? If I'm to apply for ILR via having a British child do I still need the red route?
Thank you

Please start your own topic in the ILR sub forum a bit further down the main forum page. It is considered rude and unfair to tag onto another users topic and it creates confusion when members respond.

Red route is the UKVI/HO route for visas.
