URGENT HELP. ONE DAY LEFT! Children section FLR M

Hi

I am going to apply my wife visa FLR m through PSC. We have one British born daughter and she has got British passport. I went through FLR M form and find out on page 65 children section they asking evidence I need to provide additional of where our child normally lives and we as a parent play active role in upbringing with dated in the last 3 month.

I don't have any letter dated 3 months and our gp refused to give letter. She is too young doesnt go to nursery n all so we can't get letter on her name.

Do i really need to provide my daughter proof of residency?
