Advice and experience needed

Post by F Riaz » Wed Nov 08, 2017 7:39 pm

So i am a british born living in london with my son. I got married in 2014 to a pakistani guy in pakistan. He applied for a spouse visa on the 27th oct 2017 and were obviously still waiting for an answer. Due to some mistakes while applying for a visit visa in 2015 the application was rejected. So incase if the spouse visa app gets refused I will have to appeal. What i want to know is about someone whose appealed before how much time it takes and would i need to show the most recent pay slips bank statements etc for the appeal, or all the documents taken in consideration are the ones used while applying for the visa. Also as im waiting for an aswer can i go and visit my husband?

Always be a positive thinker but be informed that appeal is taking so long while re-applying with the missing documents is faster. During appeal you can't submit recent/additional documents which you can in case of re-applying. And yes you can travel to meet your partner at abroad.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
