Working Right

Post by Omoeeniyan1 » Fri Nov 10, 2017 11:34 am

Hello everyone. Please I need a clarification about this issue.
I was on a tier4 visa before which expired in April 2017. Before this visa expire, I applied for FLR(FP).
When my visa expired, my employer checked with the home office and said I can work full time.
After six months when my employer checked again, they told me that home office said that I can only work 20hours. I tried to explain to them that I have finished my course that I can start working full time.
Please can someone advice me on what to do.
Thank you so much.

The basis of the FLR(FP) is on the 7years rule of a child born in UK.
Thank you.
