Tier 2 ICT Dependent working while Main application is away for 3 months

Hi,

I have a Tier 2 ICT visa and my wife is on Tier 2 ICT dependent visa valid for another 2 years.
I am having to travel to India for a period of 3 months based on work request from my company and while I am in India I will be paid in INR for that 3 months period.
I will be back in UK after this 3 months period on my same existing visa for the same company.

Can my wife continue to work in UK while I am in India for this 3 month period?
Can some one clarify please?
