Need help on Age proof submission.

Hi All,
I dont have DOB certificate and Driving license.

Can I submit my 10 th class certificate as age proof for HSMP application.
This certifcate shows DOB. India we submit for age proof.

If not, Please let me know what else I can submit.

Hi Lata,

10th class certificate is not a part of either the exceptional or additional evidences required. I would reckon, it is not acceptable.
However, you may provide this and it is subject to the case worker to refer to it or not.
But for sure, you must submit the notarised copy of Passport.

NO, I dont think 10th standard certificate will work.

Applicants requesting exceptional consideration must supply alternative evidence in the form of a notarised copy of the personal details page of their passport.
If the caseworker is not satisfied with the reasons given for not providing an original birth certificate or full driving licence, they should not consider the alternative documentation submitted.

You should have DOB in Passport this is sufficient.

Any reason why you need EXTRA DOB proof than Passport?
