My grlfriend (ZI national) has been in the UK for almost 2 years now on a holiday maker working permit. She's switching to add a visitor visa, to allow for an extra 6 months to sort things out...
if this gets refused, how much time will she be allowed to stay after that, now that her holiday worker permit will be expired?
Suppose that we are getting married, but we'd need that to happen in Belgium. How can I get her to Belgium to get married?
