EEA Family visa query and bank

I submitted EEA Family permit and I got letter for temporary stamp4 and GNIB Card.

1. Can I visit UK and come back with temporary GNIB Card ?.
last time my passport got new visa stamped when I came back from UK and they gave me only a
month stamp. I just want to know If I can visit my wife's family in the UK for christmas and come back
with my TEMPORARY GNIB CARD

2. Can I open bank account ?
I moved Ireland recently as eea family member. so have no earn money at the moment but can I open
bank account even if I don't have job ?.

you need an irish re-entry visa

If you are visa required to UK than you need a UK visa too.

You can open a bank account but you need a proof of address, something stronger, like utility bills, or paper from revenue, you know a paper coming from a large reliable company or institution.
