please advise!! application returned due to payment problem

I applied from UK, and my application was deliverd to HSMP team on 28th Feb., just before Tier1 launch date. My application is returned back because of the payment problem, now if i will send my application back with the modified payment details, would it be considered under HSMP or i have to apply under Teir1 rules now?

Call the HO and ask them about your problem. I think that now you should make use of Tier 1 application. Since you are not appealing and resubmitting as new form, you should use new application form.

i seem to remember that nowadays it is considered not received unless a valid payment issues. i think you are out of luck

As per Tier1 guidelines the date is considerd as
"The date of an application made by post is decided by the postmark"

I'm not sure whether this is valid for HSMP applications as well or not.
