NARIC immigiration tier selection for Tier 2(General) settlement visa catagory

Hi,
I got my settlement on 15-Dec-2016 and my wife got extension after my ILR in UK(leave to remain)as Tier 2(PBS general dependant) on 15-Jan-2017.

My wife will be eligible for ILR on 15-July-2017.
While checking NARIC website, the immigration tier is bit confusing.
Immigration tier in NARIC
=====================
-> Tier 1
-> Tier 2
->Tier 4
->Tier 5
->Family, Settlement and Nationality
->Representative of an Overseas Business Visa

i'm not sure, which category should I select? Do i need submit with Tier 2 (or) Family, Settlement and Nationality? Can somebody share the thoughts who come across this situation?
