Urgent help

Hi, I am in a bit of a bother now..i have been living in ireland since 2007 when I was 13 yrs old and applied for my passport just last year , now here is the problem, I have a stamp 4. And it has expired since last year, I had no idea it was expired as I was thinking it was going to expire next year and to make matter worse my passport is expired as well( i know I'm crying inside) to renew my passport I need a gnib and to renew my gnib I need my passport, tbh I'm really scared now..any idea on what to do
