Tier II PBS Dependant to ILR Route

I am currently a TIER II PBS dependant and will complete my 10 years in Aug 2018.

I was on TIER 1 Entrepreneur earlier, will I be asked to show the evidence of my previous VISA i.e if I have invested the 50k money and provided employment etc.

What are the documents do I need to submit to go for my ILR visa.

Likely yes, to check you have abided by your visa conditions etc. HO likely to ask for this separately by letter.

What are the documents do I need to submit to go for my ILR visa.

Set(LR) form states the minimal documents you need. You will need to check nearer the time if there have been any changes to the rules or form.
