Hi
Can HSMP holders open ISA accounts? Please note there is no tax for capital gain. Probably no tax either? Whether it will affect the ILR later?

Yes you can open an ISA account. Not sure why you think it will interfere with ILR-there is no relation.

I think so because ISA doe prevent paying income tax on saving . That is why i want to know before opening an account
