Tier 2 PBS Dependant Visa Extension (Main applicant ILR)

Hi All,

My wife's PBS dependent visa is expiring soon and we are imminently going to apply to extend it.

I obtained ILR earlier this year after 5 years on Tier 2 (General).

1. Is it still OK to extend PBS dependent visa till she is eligible for ILR?
2. What are the visa fees? I cant seem to find it anywhere.
3. What documents apart from bank statements need submitting? Do we need marriage certificate, proof of living together (such as bills etc)?
