I applied for my HSMP and have just received my approval letter. When I go to apply for the leave to remain portion of the visa is it just the standard: APPLICATION FOR INITIAL ENTRY (SWITCHING) OR EXTENSION OF STAY WITHIN TIER 1 (GENERAL) MAIN APPLICANT form?

All this stuff with the changes has got be a bit worried.
