Post by guk1234 » Thu Mar 13, 2008 8:01 am

Hi,

Myself and my husband are granted HSMP visa, my husband being dependent. Because of some family issues I may have to stay back in india for atleast 6months. Can my husband alone work there without primary applicant. will that cause any problems later?

Please give ur valuable inputs.

Thanks in advance,
guk1234

Not sure. May depend on IO at airport. He/She may ask, where is main applicant.

I can see it as trying to fool immigration system.
