time spent out of UK and ILR

Hi,
my Hsmp stamped on 18 dec 2007.....left uk on 2jan2008 on a company business trip.............will be back in uk on 1apr2008........during this time my salary is paid in UK barclays(after NI deductions).......so will i face any problem in ILR afterwards.......
I might open my own company in UK by april end....will there still be restrictions on my travel outside UK for business......

Pls guide as I am highly confused.......
