Blue Recidence card expiring soon. Please advise

Need advice.

My wife is Portugal National. She moved to uk in April 2010. She applied for Recidence Card in 2013.
Blue Recidence Card issued on 20 February 2013.

She is working since last 5 years and paying tax etc.

My question is - how she can apply for new extention ? What documents she need to send ? How much fee needed to pay?

As a EU citizens what Card she need to apply now as she is living in uk for last 8 years and working full time for last 5 years. (This question belongs to BREXIT conditions )

Please advise accordingly. As he only left 1 month or so for extension.
