ILR Granted after 2 DLR

Hi Guys,i wanted to tell that i was granted ILR after the second DLR.I did apply 28 days before doing 6 years.My DLR would expire on end of July, i didn't wait for it i went for the qualifying period of 6 years.Went on croydon yesterday and filled up Set o form.It was a strait forward after 2 hours they called me and said your application was successful please come to collect it.so if you have any doubts ask any question I'll try to explain as much as i can hopefully to clarify the people that are in the same situation as me.

I did give bank statement 6 month payslips 6 months council tax last one p60 last one gas electricity and tv licence 1 year.birth certificate of my children marriage certificate.

I did claim asylum got refused and after absconded January 12 got Dlr outside immigration rules

can you tell me please As you mentioned above regarding life in the uk test is it what we need to submit along with application i heard life in test is exempt after 6 years of dlr to apply for ilr.
can u clarify please?

Thank you guys for the worm wishes it such a relief for us to get granted..I hope everybody who is applying gets it.As for the life in uk test it was required on the seto form you have to tick the box.i don't know legaly you need it or not you have to ask a solicitor.

i did asked my solicitor she told me english test is not require for ilr such type of application.
did you go with Solicitor? and which centre?

I did claim asylum but got refused since 2003 and after that absconded 2012 got granted outside immigration rules. I did go by my self on premium center no solicitor was involved.Anyway solicitor is not needed bacuse you are not in touch with caseworker.On the centre they just fill some details take your biometrics and your file goes to another place in the building were the caseworkers are.so there is no question asked

I think they were friendly dhe lady that took our details she tried to be good to us even joked with my children.So is not as scary as we might think.over all for me was good.
