I am new to this forum. I wanted to ask How long does it take for court decision?
It has been over a month for my hearing.

Hi. Mine took about 4 weeks. Had a hearing on 15 Dec 2017, got a decision from judge on 11 Jan 2018 (dated 7th Jan). Now waiting for my brp as home office is not appealing against the decision. From what i read here it could take up to 3 months!

We just have to hang in there. Good luck!
