Regarding Private medical treatment

Dear All

My mother has 10 year visit visa for uk (8 years left). She came to UK twice on this visa and now I want her to come here as I want her to get medical treatment from here privately. Is this allowed? Or do we have to inform the home office somehow even though I am going to pay for all the expenses?
