Query on Processing team

Hi,

Could someone tell me, does it make a difference ; which team replies to our queries over mail. I for exampe got response from Team 5.

last weak i also got a email reply back from citizenship help desk team 4 ..i have applied since early 2016 ..i have seen on this forum that some peoples got response from team 1 most who applied recently ..

wish you and your loved ones a very happy new year, I applied last year in 2017 and go this response from them around 2017 december.

if you got reply back from helpdesk team 5 i assume .you might be on advanced stage .i am not too sure .we can discuss if more people join here and coment .as i got the reply back from help desk team 4 last weak .and even i called the department they said they are working on file .so let see and hope for good .

I got the standards reply of continues to be processed applied May 2017 and it said desk 5 . Tbh I don’t think it matters even though I hope it does.
