Standard UK visa query

Hello,

My parents ( living in India) planning to come to UK using Standard UK visa. While filling up the application I entered all the details of my father and showed my mother as his dependent. Form also asks about is your dependent will travel with you and I answered as yes.

Do I need to fill similar form for my mother ?

Yes you do. Each applicant has to complete their own form.
