Saving details in Standard Vistor Visa

Hello,

In the application for standard visitor Visa, there is section for filling saving details but there is only one currency as GBP .
My father has savings in his India account in Rs.
1. Can I convert as per current rate and fill equivalent GBP amount ?
2. He has fix deposit account as well . Can I show it as savings ?
