MN1 3(2) supporting documents?

Can someone please give me a list of supporting documents I need to provide with my daugther's application? I'm the father, british by descent, do I need to provide my passport? As my wife is going to submit her application for PR, I am bit worried it might take sometime before they send back her supporting documents including my passport
