EC Dependant Application in India After April 2008

hi,
i have got my HSMP visa and have been to UK and found a job also for me in this month.

I am yet to apply for dependant visa for my spouse and my kid.I am confused regarding the new rules effective April 1st 08,what are all the documents that i shud produce for EC and what will be the application form?.... if there are any significant changes, then can i apply for them while me being in India only?....

What will be the timeline in this case?...
