scrutiny after 1 refusal

Hi!
could anyone please tell me from their experience how awful the scrutiny is on the second application after 1 refusal?
I am going to apply following removal of the "60 days between jobs" requirement {reason for previous refusal}.
The rest of my application is the same just updated, plus a cover letter from solicitor with a note on the removed requirement.

Is it possible that I will be refused again for some ridiculously tiny mistake simply because of the previous refusal?
