Tier 2 General VISA fees (primary+dependants) Applying from India

could you please help me understand what are various fees along with application fee involved for primary and 2 dependants applying for Tier 2 General from India

I wish to know how much it is, so I decide to apply alone or with dependants based on my savings

Visa fees per application - 53381
IHS per application - 54386
Priority visa fee per application ( optional) - 16500

These are based on January exchange rate decided UK govt. It could slightly change month on month basis applicable exchange rate at the time of application. Anyway it's Auto converted and displayed in INR at the time of payment.
