my wife has a 5 year residence card which expires soon ..which we are applying for a eea permanent residence ...i have a question she is a thai national and when she applied for uk student extension about 8 years ago and she had her biometrics done at home office for her extension of a uk student visa .......when she applies for her new eea perminent residence will she need do her biometrics again and if so does she need need her previous biometric details also and if so how can she get these details for application ....regards and thanks for any help
