I am preparing tier 1 entrepreneur DEPENDENT application for my wife. Kindly provide your feedback on the followings,

1. Is there any income requirement for dependent visa i.e £18,600 or any other amount?
2. Is there any English language requirement for tier 1 entrepreneur partner?

I have recently applied for dependent visa successfully from India. You got answers above, if you are applying soon after marriage, include lot of chat, calling, and telephone records. Also nice thick folder of post marriage travel pictures, video call screenshots etc. I did not include any earning related documents but included maintenance statement of £1900 for 90 days. I did include some email history too. All the best!
