I am sure there may be - because immigration rules only specify 2 jobs of 12 months each. So you can have 10 different employees and still meet the requirements as long as it is 2 jobs of 12 months each.
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.

Hi Pand0ra,

Thank you sharing my same thoughts, I also have a similar question.

If I have 12 part time employees for 24 months working 15 hours a week each, in this case have I created 12 full-time jobs or 6 Full-time Jobs?

A clarity on this is highly appreciated.

I agree and thanks for your views. In regards there are 4 different jobs for six months continuous out of three years not 12 months. Is this still counted as 2 jobs for 12 months?

No, this counted as zero jobs for the T1E job creation attribute.
The requirement is very clear - each job should last 12 months. It does not have to continuous 12 months - it can be six months in the 1st year, 2 months in the second year and 4 month in the 3rd year or any other combination. But it has to be same job over the entire period.
