asylum case resolution/questionaire 4 people not on benefits

want to know if there is anyone there not supported by nass who has recieved a case resolution questionaire.
i came into the UK in 2002 and last year i was told that my asylum case is a case resolution one.i was given a negative decision before in 2003 but wasnt deported coz of the situation in my country.i am not on benefits and my girlfriend who is a student is taking care of me.now we have a 9month old baby and things are tough.
i know people supported by nass who have been sent forms and i just wanna ask if you know anyone not supported by nass who has been sent a questionaire.
