Hi Guys,

Just trying to ascertain that the 10 yr naturalisation rule still applies and was not scrapped in the overhauling of the new tiers system. Last when I was checking posts over here, there was a lot of uncertainty about it. Any news???

Still applies but they seem to be picking over them for holes so make sure you have no gaps or log absences.

Write to HO for ur SAB file too.

It is true about gaps: 30 Nov to 1 Dec is considered a gap!
