Super premium service

Hi all,
I applied in December for a tier 2 general visa and was rejected for the wrong format of IELTS. Have given IELTS UKVI and plan to apply for visa this month. Can I apply at the super premium service in India where a decision is given in one day, considering that I have been refused once. I need to be in UK on 21st Feb therefore this urgency.The fees is 85K in addition to the normal fee

Does anyone got a decision in one day when refused before.

As far as I understand, Super Premium Service is for applications within the UK, for extension or settlement.

Thanks for your reply. I was also under same impression till I surfed VFS global website. It's available at least in India for visitor and tier 2 visa.

It is Super Priority Service not Super Premium Service. It also does not guarantee you will get a decision or approval of your visa.

Also states not suitable if you have been refused previously for entry clearance.

2. Is the Super Priority Visa service suitable for all customers?
No. Applications will take longer than one day to process if you:
 Have been refused a visa for any one of the countries listed above and/or;
 Have been refused leave to enter the UK, and/or;
 Have been previously deported, removed, or otherwise required to leave the UK, and/or;
 Have overstayed a period of leave in the UK, and/or;
 Have had leave to remain in the UK curtailed by the Home Office, and/or;
 Have been refused leave to remain in the UK by the Home Office, and/or;
 Have been interviewed, detained or prosecuted by the police for any offence in the UK or
elsewhere, and/or
 Have an unspent criminal conviction in any country, and/or
 Have committed a criminal offence in any country.

I am sorry super priority service. I have been refused therefore wanted to know if any one has an experience. Does this mean I can't apply or that a decision may not be given same day. In any case if I can apply it would be speedier then the routine application.

You likely won't get a decision on the day and there is no guarantee that you won't have to wait the usual waiting time.
