Taking IELTS

Post by Sunnyo7 » Fri Mar 21, 2008 10:49 pm

Hello,
I'm gone apply to Canada as skilled immigrant.
I've double bachelor and a master's degree from US university. And I worked part time last 8 year. But I'm from Bangladesh. Does anyone know, If I need to take IELTS exam to prove my English proficiency and get all 16 point?

Thank You
