Help! What documents to include for ILR?

Hi, can anyone please tell me what EXACTLY are the documents to send to the home office for my wife to apply for her ILR in 4 months time, someone mentioned that you need to include letters which are addressed to both of our names. but i was wondering what is the full list of things to include?. thanks.
