Clarification - UK Spouse VISA

Firstly, if this is not the right place / area to post my query, please accept my apologies .

I am currently holding British Passport and work for an IT company. I am getting married in couple of months time and my fiancee is currently in India. My queries are,

1 - I believe, after marriage, she would be eligible to apply/get 'UK Spouse VISA'. If thats the case, would there be any restrictions in terms of working for any company / employer in UK by holding that VISA? Also, any restrictions in obtaining NHS services/facilities?

2 - We are planning to apply the Spouse VISA for her from India but not sure, how long usually it takes? - from application submission to VISA approval? Also, what are the documents / details required to submit to apply for that VISA?

3 - Can we apply for Spouse VISA from UK provided she has some valid VISA to stay/work in UK? - if the Spouse VISA takes more time then she is planning to apply for a work VISA via her current employer and travel to UK using that work VISA and then change her VISA to Spouse VISA in UK - is it possible?

No and No. In addition to the visa fee your wife will also pay the (currently) £600 surcharge which gives free access to all NHS services.
